By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ARA provides revenue architecture, system optimization, automation consulting, and implementation services for aesthetic clinics and medical spas. Services may include audits, workflow design, CRM configuration, and operational recommendations.
Results are dependent on client participation, data accuracy, and operational execution. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Payments may include one-time fees, recurring fees, or a combination of both.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Grant necessary system access in a timely manner
Respond to implementation requests when required
Delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information are the responsibility of the client.
ARA does not guarantee revenue increases, patient volume, or financial performance. Our services provide systems and recommendations, not outcomes.
All client information shared with ARA is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
ARA reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated, access is withheld, or conduct is deemed abusive or fraudulent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ARA operates.
